I'm no expert on grading vinyl but this example looks fairly ok for its age.
The record itself looks to be fairly scratch free with only some finger prints to be seen on it and strangely some pen marks on the inner circular sticker. The glue of the outer sleeve is failing on the top and bottom edges.
